Our Xmas stay was amazing! The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were well-designed with spacious patios, ideal for relaxation while enjoying the view. We especially loved the help provided by the management, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The parking and luggage assistance upon our arrival made a huge difference.

Honestly, there were no major issues during our stay. Some minor construction was going on near our patio, but it did not affect our overall experience.

The hotel was quite central and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, each with its own balcony. The staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage. We particularly enjoyed the free Christmas decoration and music.

We had reserved three rooms, but upon checking in, we were only given two rooms. We had to remind them that we had paid for three rooms to get the third room.
